Since 1969, Verbatim has been a world leader in data storage and other digital solutions. We were approached by Verbatim to tap into the digital space and grow their market share amongst both millennials not privy to the brand and Gen X'ers who still think of Verbatim as the 'Floppy Disk Guys'.
See, the problem was that Verbatim is an international company — and all of the content strategy was sent from Hong Kong, a completely different market with different consumer attitudes. The existing direction did not work in Australia, and we were required to re-shape the way in which Australians view Verbatim.
We achieved this through a creative social media strategy and takeover, as well as beautiful imagery and content.
